About Seniors Association
ENHANCING QUALITY OF LIFE

Seniors Association Kingston Region is a not-for-profit, charitable organization specializing in recreation and leisure activities for today’s active, older adults.
The Association was established in 1976 and is now the central body for coordinating activities, providing services, and representing the interest of seniors throughout the Greater Kingston Area.
​
The Seniors Association currently has over 5,600 members, with
three satellite locations: Seniors Centre West, located within the Boys & Girls Club at the Frontenac Mall, Seniors Centre Loyalist, located at Edith Rankin Memorial United Church, and Seniors Centre North, located in the Rideau Heights Community Centre.
